I had been losing hair for quite a while and wanted to do something about it, but I knew that surgery was not for me. After doing some research, I came across Kay and was immediately impressed by all the rave reviews and before/after photos. I decided to reach out and have not looked back since! Kay is an absolute professional and delight who provided clear information and encouragement throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated her reassurance that even if things don't look finalized after one session, she will make sure that you are totally happy with the results by the end of your sessions. I am so thrilled with how my SMP treatment turned out and would go back to Kay in a heartbeat. To be completely blunt, if you aren't working with Kay, you aren't getting the best!

Kay is not only one of the kindest people that I have met, but she is also highly skilled, professional, honest and an absolute joy to chat with during the session. I've had a few sessions with Kay and I am always happy with the work that she completes. It always amazes me how much she can complete within our hour time slot. I am very happy to have found her and her service because she has truly increased my self-confidence.
